True if tooltips are shown for column headers, otherwise False.
The default value is True.

The ShowToolTips property defines whether tooltips are shown for column headers.
When tooltips are displayed is defined using the ToolTip.ShowAlways property.
Tooltips for columns, headers and footers are defined using the ColumnClass.ShowToolTips, ShowToolTips and Footers.ShowToolTips properties.
